I’ve never encountered anyone who writes like that. Function words (to give them their polite name) are essential to understanding text, and a string of lexical words is harder to decode than balanced prose. There are rare situations, like giving orders in military combat, where you might say ‘ready drone for launching’ (25% ‘glue’) but it’s not how real people speak or write. And if you write fiction, you intend (I hope) it to reflect what real people do and say.
