Artist died in 2015 and it is not permanently accessible to the public Paradise Chronicle (talk) 20:25, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy keep, Tate Modern is covered under UK FOP. Abzeronow (talk) 16:25, 5 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep. From what I can tell, this work is not currently on display at the Tate Modern. However, when the photo was taken it seems to have been on display for many years as part of the permanent exhibition of the museum. In my opinion, its mounting for a long-term and indefinite status fits the spirit of "permanently accessible to the public" when the photo was taken. Kept: no valid reason for deletion. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 17:42, 6 March 2023 (UTC) ---[reply]

Kept: This is a three-dimensional work. The colored rectangles are not all on the same plane, as can be seen by the shadow under the red rectangle, User:Wmpearl
